I’ve been where you are.

A few years ago, I was stuck.

I had strange symptoms no one could explain-vertigo, fatigue, panic attacks, digestive issues, brain fog and I was sensitive to everything- light, sounds, smells.

Despite seeing every kind of practitioner—MD’s, naturopaths, chiropractors, functional medicine doctors, homeopaths—I kept getting worse.

And it wasn’t just physical.

I was stuck in toxic relationships, numbing habits (hello, wine o’clock), and a constant loop of overthinking, guilt, and self-pressure.

Despite doing everything “right”, I was getting worse- because I wasn’t getting to the root.

Then I found a different approach.

A method that helped me release trapped emotions, subconscious beliefs, and past trauma stored in the body.

I took a leap and committed to the work. And almost immediately, I began to heal.

Once I began releasing what I had unknowingly been holding onto, I finally started to heal.

Not just emotionally—physically too.
The brain fog, asthma, TMJ, chronic tension… it all began to fade.

Even if you're not thinking about it consciously, it’s running in the background—shaping your health, your thoughts, your relationships, and your ability to feel good in your own body.

You can’t "self-care" your way out of chronic fight-or-flight.

But you can teach your body that it’s safe to relax and release.

And when that happens—healing begins.

Today, I’m Healthy, Grounded, and Present

I now live a full life—active with my daughter, mentally clear, and able to handle stress without falling apart. Do I still have hard days? Of course. But my nervous system no longer controls me. I have the tools, and the capacity, to move through life in a whole new way.

That’s why I became trained and certified in the very methods that helped me heal.

Because I want to help you do the same.

A bit about me

When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me hiking in nature, reading about emotional health and escaping into a good novel, or spending time with my daughter and our two cats. I’m always learning more about the body, mind, and spirit—because I believe the more I heal and grow, the deeper I can support others.
